FAQ

The Credit Card and Debit Card payment service is an Internet-based service that allows you to make payments to the City via the World Wide Web. In activating this service you authorize the City or its authorized agent to debit or charge your account which allows your payment to be forwarded to us, based on the payment instructions you provide on the Web site, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Orders are typically picked up in our store location, however orders can be shipped with prior approval. Let us know when placing the order if shipping is needed.

Due to the custom pre-designed nature of the orders, there are no refunds/returns on any custom design order. All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • A manufacturer defect is evident & reported within 24 hours.

  • In the event the order was erroneously processed such as size, color etc. & is reported within 24 hours.
